Nutrition Assessment

Find out how your nutrition stacks up for your health and performance goals. Clients start by completing a food journal and health history along with a nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire. From there, will meet as a team for a strategy session to discuss barriers, goals, education needs, opportunities for growth, and a game plan to move to closer toward your goals.

Nutrition assessments include an initial strategy session + one 30 min follow up session.

*All new clients must complete a nutrition assessment.

Packages

Most health and performance goals take time. For best results, it is recommended to receive ongoing counseling for a minimum of three months to reinforce consistency and accountability. Each package requires regular check-ins complete with reflections, assessment of accomplishing weekly goals, adjustments to your plan, education, and homework assignments as needed.

Elite Package: weekly, 30 min counseling sessions via Telehealth.

MVP Package: weekly or biweekly, email check ins with video assessment/response.

*All packages include a nutrition assessment

Individual Sessions

Everyone’s journey is different. Individual counseling sessions can be scheduled to create a personalized program, appointments can be created for monthly check-ins, or utilized for education on specific topics or areas of interest.

Individual counseling sessions are 30 min in length and are customized to your individual needs.

*All session have holistic approach and cover fueling, hydration, stress, sleep, and movement.
