I will guide you, step-by-step on how to find your needs, how to be consistent, and how to assess if/when you need to make changes.

Here’s how it works:

This is an 8 week program that will give you step-by-step, evidence-based nutrition education and strategies to take control of your nutrition. Week-by-week I will layer on a foundational component so you can make improvements to you diet, your health, and your performance.

Learn on your own time and get accountability with weekly modules, homework, educational handouts, nutrition guides, coaching calls and get your questions answered with Q&A sessions!

Here’s what the program looks like:

Week 1 - The Basics

Learn components of total daily energy expenditure, finding your needs, what strategic steps you need to take to reach your goals, why diets don’t work, and the dangers of under-fueling. You’ll also learn strategies to plan ahead so you can be successful - because if you’re not playing ahead, you’re planing to fail.

Week 2 - All about protein

Learn what protein does for your body and how much you need for your sex, your sport, and your health.

Week 3 - All about carbs

Learn about the different types of carbohydrates, what they do for your body, and how much you need to be successful for your goals.

Week 4 - All about fats

Learn the difference between types of fats, what kind your body needs, and the important roles dietary fat plays in your health.

Week 5 - Micronutrients

Learn about which micronutrients you need to pay special attention to for sport and for life.

Week 6 - Hydration

Hydration is more than just water. Learn how to calculate your needs and why proper hydration is vital for health, longevity, and performance.

Week 7 - Stress

Stress plays a foundational role in your body’s physiological response training and nutrition. Learn why it’s so important to manage yours.

Week 8 - Sleep

Sleep is the foundation of the pyramid. Learn why sleep plays a vital role in any goal you have, how it effects your nutrition, your choices, and can be a driver for motivation and will power.
