Luna Endurance and Pure Grit Performance are teaming up at Vigor Ground Performance and Fitness for a jam packed, interactive, three hour event for people going through peri or post menopause.

We will teach you what is going on with your physiology and how you can work with it, not against it.

We will show you the 5 main life style changes you need to make to live your most fit and healthy lifestyle post menopause.

This workshop is for anyone who will/is/did go through menopause and wants to make a change.

Coaches who work with this population will benefit by learning how to adapt training and nutrition recommendations in addition to gaining important insight into the physiology and symptoms experienced during peri and post menopause.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  1. What is happening with your hormones.

  2. How to have a pain free transition.

  3. How to adapt your exercise routine by lifting heavy (for you), properly incorporating plyometrics, and shifting the focus of your cardiovascular training.

  4. What nutrition changes you can make to stay healthy, build muscle, keep body fat within healthy ranges, and thrive.

  5. Strategies to combat common menopausal symptoms.

This workshop combines the best of both worlds - theory and practice! Expect to listen and learn but also come prepared to work out. Athletic clothes, snacks and water bottle are recommended to bring.
