Each recruit will receive a nutrition workbook chock full of nutrition resources and activities to walk them through academy nutrition and hydration protocols. Departments will gain a better understanding on how to best eliminate underfueling and dehydration as a cause for muscular skeletal injury and attrition, saving them money and helping to identify the true lynchpins for academy attrition.</image:caption>

This virtual course, unlike any other, dives deep into a model called Thrive-ology. At its core, this model focuses on aspects of fitness, nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, and acquiring the skills necessary to thrive under pressure.
